you would like to participate in the T-Shirt exchange, just bring a
t-shirt from your city or state. We suggest large sizes...XL at
least...or if the shirt is not preshrunk, XXL. This will take
place in the Hospitality Suite. It was fun last year!!

Again this year, we will continue with the "Christmas in July" traditional gift exchange. A $20 price range is suggested as well as Boyds' related. :) The gift should be wrapped or in a gift bag. Remember...there will be goodies available in the Hospitality Suite if you would rather shop there. We've always had a nice assortment to choose from. And please remember...this is not mandatory! So if you want to participate, great! If not...that is ok, too!

Hospitality Room
For those of you who will be joining us for the first
time, we are fortunate
to have a fantastic hospitality room. It's a big, comfortable
room...equipped
with a very small refrigerator and sink. Ice chests will be available as
well.
We would like to have some "finger foods" for snacks in addition to
the
sweet goodies! If you would like to bring something, we would appreciate
it, although it should be something not requiring refrigeration.
Also, this is where we hold the Swap/Sell ! Anyone wanting to bring
items to sell or trade is welcome. We will have tables set up around
the edge of the room for the displays.
BRING MONEY! LOL
