This is a fun way to laugh at ourselves, at our goofs, our mistakes, that have made us all laugh. This is in the spirit of fun. Wanda got it last year because she couldn't follow directions and we took hours to get anywhere we went instead of say 20 min. This has become a very special award, with Slick The Chick being  passed from one to the other each year.
