Simon and Andy visit SUE!! Hi Mom (and all my Aunts), Simon and I arrived at Aunt Sue's today...and I'm glad. It was getting really warm in that box. Aunt Sue was so excited to see us. She said that her DD, Cassie, has a soccer banquet tonight and we can go to that. Tomorrow we get to go to school with her. Aunt Sue also said that we won't get to spend a lot of time with her, since we are a little behind schedule. She said something about a big party with a "bean" in Gettysburg that she wanted to make sure we got to in time. Well, Aunt Sue says we need to get ready to go to the banquet. We'll write more later. Love, Simon & Andy PS (from Aunt Sue) Since the boys are behind schedule (today is the 16th and they are supposed to be gone from me by the 18th), and I do want them to get to Lin in time for Gettysburg, how does this sound? I will keep the boys until Monday and then send them to Jackie. This will take a few days off of her time, but she should still have several days with them before sending them onto Lin. LMK what all of you think. --sue ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Hi everyone, The boys went with me to school yesterday and today. The Kindergartners loved them and their photo album. However, Mrs. MacIntosh was concerned because they hadn't been in school for a while.......so...she took over. She did say that they appeared to be very bright boys and they can play (instead of doing their lessons) next week. I snapped this picture while they were going over the ABC's.
On a personal note, some of you may have read on the board when I posted about my DH "allowing" me to put bears on top of the new entertainment center. well, when the boys arrived, I knew he would take it in stride, but was pretty confident that he would think that we were all pretty silly for doing the traveling bear bit (with all of the pictures and such). I told him in the car yesterday about my kids at school's reaction and he asked when I had to send the bear on. I told him that I had to get it to Rory by the beginning of June so she could take it to Gettysburg. That was too bad, he said.....otherwise we would take it to England with us in June and we could even get/make a little passport for them and take pictures of them at all of the places. I was speechless. Anyway, the boys have an invitation to go to England, if they want to go :o) hugs, --Sue
