Adventures with Judy! Well, Simon's secret adventure with Judy has been a success! He arrived in MI on Friday, July 28th, just in time for Judy to smuggle him into the signing at JT Webb. Yes, he and Andy met the Head Bean himself! YA YA! Judy helped Simon type this on the computer.... Boy has it been rainy here in Michigan. Judy packed me up with a few other "old" bears today and we headed out for Birch Run. She kept saying I was going to meet my daddy, The H.B. Well, after a really bad drive in the rain, we got out at this store called J.T. Webb. EVERYONE in Michigan seemed to be waiting in line to go into this tiny little store. Everywhere we went, there was another line! I saw Lisa (Moonlily) Betty and Randy (boy was he cute in his little jester suit), and Linda & Dave. Well, we got in another line, and the next thing I knew, The H.B. was flipping me around and trying to write on my feet! He mumbled something about in not showing up too well on my blue pads, so he put another name on Andy's hand! If you look real hard, he put his name on one of my feet and the 2000 on the other one. Andy's turned out much better! They even put an orange dot on my hangtag, just to show that I could be in line! Well, it kept raining, and blowing, and finally Betty got her name called and she ran to get in that old signing line, so Judy and I got back under the umbrella and decided to head for home. It rained all the way, and I really think we are going to need a boat when it comes time for me to go to the Post Office! Right now, I'm going to take a little nap - what a day! I understand now that he is enjoying the rest of his stay at Judy's eating blueberry pancakes and chasing the occasional dust bunny across the floor. Stay tuned for more adventures of Simon & Andy!
